Sarlat - Probably one of the most beautiful and well restored towns in the region, the old town dates from medieval times. You will soon become lost in the winding maze of narrow lanes, with something new to see around every corner.
Truffadou Railway – Used in between the wars to transport truffles (hence the name), this restored railway line operates between Martel and Saint Denis Lès Martel a journey that will take you along the cliffs of Mirandol with stunning panoramic views of the Dordogne.
Rocamadour - A full day at leisure to relax, unwind, and explore the cobbled streets, shops and myriad of medieval buildings.
Cruise in a gabarres along the Dordogne river which has been used for the transport of goods since Roman times giving rise to a whole industry of boatbuilding. Today sailing boats known as gabarres offer you the opportunity to cruise down the river taking in the history of the water and the towns as well as the chance to enjoy some stunning scenery and wonderful chateaux and along the way.
